Description:

Human [Leu²⁷]IGF-II is an analog of human IGF-II which has Leu in place of Tyr at position 27 of the IGF-II amino acid sequence. Compared to human IGF-II, human [Leu²⁷]IGF-II has a 10-20 fold reduced affinity for the Type 1 IGF receptor.
