Description:
Recombinant methionyl black bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri) Growth Hormone (m-brGH) is a 21.41 kDa protein that stimulates growth in fish. This black bream GH shares 97% amino acid sequence identity with gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata), 94% with red sea bream (Pagrus major), 93% with the tuna (Thunnus thynnus), 91% with barramundi (Lates calcarifer), 63% with the salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) and 32% with human GH.
