Description:
Rat Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-4 (rIGFBP-4) is a 233 amino acid glycosylated protein that is one of the six “classical” IGF binding proteins that play an important role in stabilizing and regulating the activity of IGFs in vivo. Rat IGFBP-4 binds both IGF-I and IGF-II and modifies their biological activity and bioavailability.
