Radioimmunoassay 1/7,500 At a dilution of 1/80,000 the antiserum binds 20 % of fresh [125 I]hIGF-II tracer (80 Ci/g). Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) of radioligand binding is produced by ~ 4 ng/ml of hIGF-II.
