Reconstitution:
Reconstitute the vial contents in 500 µl sterile water. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before use. Dilute in a buffer solution suitable for the desired application.
Application and Titre:
Characterized for EIA (1/160) and immunoblotting (1/100).
Detects 60 ng human IGF-I in western immunoblot (at a final dilution of 1/100). After reconstitution, a dilution of 1/160 will give an absorbance of 1.0 at 490nm when reacted with 25 ng/well of human IGF-I, a 1/2,000 dilution of HRP-labelled anti-mouse IgG (DAKO PO447) & a 1 mg/ml OPD substrate solution.
