Reconstitution:

Reconstitute the vial contents in 200 µl sterile water. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before use. Dilute in a buffer solution appropriate for the desired application.

Application and Titre:

Characterized for EIA (1/2,000) and immunoblotting (1/5,000).
Detects 250 ng rat IGF-I in western immunoblot (at a final dilution of 1/5,000).
