As determined by Western Blotting:
Antibody immunoblots with mouse, rat, human and chicken IGF-II (100 ng). It does not recognize rat IGF-I but recognizes human IGF-I (~20% of the level of human IGF-II). Cross-reactivity with chicken IGF-I not determined.

Storage/Stability:

At least 2 years at 2 - 4°C (lyophilized)
After reconstitution store at -20°C
Avoid freeze-thaw cycles

Reconstitution:

Dissolve in 500 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application
