Specificity:

As determined by Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry:
Recognizes human and bovine TGF-ß2. It does not recognize human TGF-ß1 or TGF-ß3. The antibody does not inhibit the binding of TGF-ß2 to the TGF-ß2 Type 2 Receptor in mink lung epithelial cells.
This is not a neutralizing antibody.

Storage/Stability:

At least 2 years at 2 - 4°C (lyophilized)
After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C
or -80°C
Avoid freeze-thaw cycles

Reconstitution:

Dissolve in 1 ml sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application
